Everyone at Fitness Together is nice, knowledgeable and great to work with. The training is tailored to your skill and ability. There is no judgment just results. They give you all the tools to be successful and healthy.

I've been to 2 training sessions so far and the trainer is great. He seems to customize the workout to help me reach my goals. I am considering purchasing the 15 session package.

The one-on-one attention in a private room is awesome. The trainers are very knowledgeable and patient. If you are trying to get back into shape or need to upgrade your current work out, try Fitness Together at Liberty Station.

I would have definitely joined long term had I not moved! Caitlyn my trainer was amazing!! She was super positive, super motivating, and always had workouts that were different (kept if interesting) and made me seriously sweat!

  • Overview of class: private sessions with certified trainers can cover fartlek, interval and tempo cardio training, resistance training, or nutritional guidance. Each session follows a personalized curriculum created after an initial consultation and is tailored to the latest health-science research.
  • All training programs are supervised by a licensed physical therapist for safety and results
  • Sessions are available by appointment from 6 a.m. to 9 p.m. on Monday through Friday, and 6 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday
  • About the instructor: Owner and licensed physical therapist Greg Sterner has been recognized by the Peninsula Beacon for “best personal training in Point Loma” for the past three years. He’s a certified nutrition specialist (AASDN) and certified strength and conditioning specialist (NSCA).

About Fitness Together

Fitness Together is all about synergy. The center’s certified trainers design fitness programs that unite strength training, cardio routines, and nutrition plans together to catalyze weight loss.

The plans’ strength-training component, dubbed Aspire 8, fuses resistance training and cross-training exercises that build strong muscles. During Cardio Together regimens, the trainers get patrons’ heart rates pumping with a mix of aerobic workouts. Finally, the education-oriented Nutrition Together programs teach patrons how to make more healthy food choices, leading to a lifetime of good eating habits.
