About This Deal

A Chat with Flex Force Training

What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?

Flex Force Training strives to provide you with a workout that keeps you guessing every single time and teaches you the reasoning behind the entire process. We have budget-friendly prices and an extensive support network. It's a place where we value your dreams as much as you do.

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?

You are surrounded with a small group of other women working towards the same goal. If you're struggling, we will be there to push you through every rep.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?

I was tired of corporate gyms and watered down half-hour workouts that didn't show the results I wanted for my clients. What I do isn't miracle work. It takes a serious passion for change, but once a client makes it through the door, I take care of the rest.

What do you love most about your job?

I love that I get to help people fall in love with the badass women they were born to be inside and out. I love waking up to texts that say they just got compliments for how great they look, or how empowered they feel since they started with me.
