I love Flow Fitness classes! Especially the Team conditioning classes (they make me feel stronger) and the new WERQ class hosted by Ruben. They’re so much fun!

I'm also Flow power membership. Bought this Groupon for extra classes if needed. I get 12 classes every month but sometimes ending using more so this Groupon is great for that. I love Flow because they offers soany variety classes from Barre, Body combat, Zumba to yoga

Friendly staff, clean facility. And since a lot of us are on the go, I’m happy that they provide free lockers and supplies for a worry free session.

We offer 4 distinct studios plus a gym all at one location and under one membership giving customers endless possibilities. We also offer fully amentized locker rooms and free parking.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?

We saw that people get burnt out on one workout or need to get several memberships to fit their fitness needs. We wanted to provide an all in one solution and provide a better offering at a better price.

The variety we offer gives us the ability to help customers find a solution that works for them and keep them motivated.
