Speed Training focuses on The ability to achieve maximum velocity.
Agility Training focuses on The ability to rapidly change direction without the loss of speed, coordination, balance, strength or body control.
This universal sports speed and agility class focuses on fundamentals of athlete performance and physical activity for individuals ages 13 and older.
Classes are designed to incorporate linear speed drills, agility, functional movement and injury prevention (strength and flexibility).
