Everybody holds the key to their own healing, but sometimes the body needs a little help. That’s where my services come in to give a sense of self body awareness. My sessions aim to help the body better utilize its own healing processes while relieving built-up tension, decreasing stress and calming the mind.
Choose from 60 or 90 minute sessions where skilled therapists massage the full body in order to relieve tension in muscles and aid in relaxation.
