Overall it was a great experience. I purchased the cleaning for my dryer and air duct. I ended up getting additional services performed after seeing the condition of my unit. Moshé was my servicer and he was timely, professional, and knowledgeable. If you decide to use Fresh Air, i highly recommend Moshé along with the upgraded sanitation service.

Fresh Air USA are great, especially technician Shai. He is processional, hardworking, knowledgeable, and efficiency. He took time to explain any concern you might have and provide few tips for maintenance your HVAC. I'm very happy with his service and highly recommend to everyone.

The dryer vent was clogged (which is why we bought the groupon). They ran a brush up from the dryer end and when that didn't work they then informed me that they were not licensed to go on the roof to unclog it. So I had to call another company to clear the dryer vent .The groupon did advertise air duct and dryer vent cleaning.
