Should let you know ahead that taxes are not included and collect on arrival not when you have traveled all day and just want to get in your car. Also driver called to ask my location, I was walking out terminal door so he said he couldn’t wait for me and left, then I ended up waiting 20 minutes for another passenger to get to van. Loved executive valet but won’t use this company again.
