I looked for a few days for a house cleaning service and I was able to finally pick one. I decide to try this company and guess what I get horrible service. They rescheduled me twice in the same day and for 2 people 2 hours the job was horrible and not clean the main focus was kitchen bathroom and blinds. I will never ever go here again and I don’t recommend this company to anyone. I paid ext too

3 hour window for appointment, arrival 1 hour and a half late. Two-person team promise, one person arrived. Person talked on phone and left 40 minutes early. Instead of a refund or complimentary service required to schedule another appointment for time missed, 30 minute late arrival again. Cleaning was below average.

But that’s not it. I rebooked for today. Fri the 30 th At 2:30 It’s 3:45. No one is here yet. I text them and I get a they’re not there yet. Uh. NO I call at 4:30. And. Get a oh sorry

This review is based on the scheduling part of my service. Be aware of the way they treat Groupon customers. You have to wait 3 weeks to receive services and Group on Customers get a 4 hour window!!!!!! The representative spoke way too much and kept insisting on booking for more hours. After I told her a few times that my whole house didn't have to be cleaned only certain areas. I will not hire this company again! If you treat Groupon customers like this why even bother taking my money? I could take my Buisness else where.
