Is there an additional occupancy fee, or do I have to purchase another voucher?
The voucher covers two guests, and the valid room types have a maximum occupancy of three adults or two adults and two kids 11 or younger. Additionally, kids 3 or younger stay for free, and each additional kid aged 4–11 is $20 per night. Additional guests 12 or older stay for $82 per person per night.

Any restriction on pool usage?
Please note that the Main Pool and the pool in front of the Kids Club at the Cofresi Palm are temporarily closed for renovation from May 21st - August 15th. Guests are invited to enjoy the other pools available throughout the resort. Guests will also be able to request a complimentary upgrade to our Tropical Beach property (subject to availability).
