- Wilderness Villas & Mountainside Cabins: $30 processing fee if cancelled between reservation and 14 days prior to 4:00 pm on arrival date; entire deposit forfeited if cancelled less than 14 days prior to arrival.
- 4-day cancellation notice required prior to check-in or reservation is non-refundable; reservations made within cancellation window are non-refundable.
- No-shows will be charged total Groupon rate.
