Your Groupon voucher is refundable until deal expiration date ("Book by" date) or until you submit your voucher code to the Tour Operator. Once you submit and finalize your booking with the merchant, it becomes non-refundable through Groupon, and all further changes are subject to the merchant's cancellation policy.
