2.Make Your Booking — Reservation required by 10/31/2026, contact Travel by Jen at (800) 603-3178 Monday–Friday, 9 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. ET. Please have the following details on hand, voucher #, credit card information, as well as name and date of birth as they appear on passports for all passengers.

3.Receive Booking Confirmation — Present voucher and credit card at check-in arrival.

Does buying a Groupon voucher mean my trip is booked?

No — purchasing the voucher does not book your trip. The voucher entitles you to book a 'Limited Time Offer' vacation package at a Groupon-discounted rate. After buying, follow the steps in "How To Book" as soon as possible to secure your preferred dates.

Are all travel dates available at the Groupon price?
