Is the Northern Lights tour guaranteed?
Aurora sightings depend on weather conditions and solar activity and cannot be guaranteed. The Northern Lights Odyssey tour is included in the package and will operate as scheduled. Best viewing season is September through March. The tour guide will seek optimal conditions on the night of your tour.
Can I travel solo?
Yes — solo travel is available with a single supplement fee of $599 for all dates. Purchase one voucher and inform TripToGo when you contact them to finalize your booking.
What is the full cancellation policy?
Your voucher is fully refundable to your original payment method or as Groupon Bucks until you submit your vouchers to the merchant or within 3 days of purchase, whichever comes first. After 3 days and until the deal expiry date ("Book by" date available in "Need To Know Info" section), refunds for unredeemed vouchers are issued as Groupon Bucks. Once the deal has expired, vouchers are no longer eligible for a refund; however, amount paid never expires. Once your booking is confirmed with the merchant, their cancellation fees apply: 140–101 days out: 50%, 100–61 days: 70%, 60–31 days: 90%, 30 days or fewer: 100%.
