• Destinations are drawn at random, based on your preferred travel dates and departure airport, from a pool of 2,000 trips:
  • 6 Gold Tier trips — 7 nights in the allocated destination
  • 12 Silver Tier trips — 4 nights in the allocated destination
  • 1,982 Bronze Tier trips — 2 nights in the allocated destination
• Note: Your price is set by your departure Gate — it does not affect the tier you draw. Your tier and destination are part of the mystery!
• If you are drawn a destination where restrictions prevent travel (outbound or inbound), you will be offered a suitable alternative destination or date.
• The luck of the draw is what makes mystery vacations so exciting. To keep each draw fair, no refund can be given because you didn’t like the allocated destination.
• However, before your booking is confirmed you can discuss available alternatives with the tour operator, based on your travel dates and departure airport.

• Airfare: Includes a personal item, carry-on bag and seat selection. Airport taxes included. Routing depends on availability and may include stopovers. Checked bags and airport transfers are not included.

• Pricing varies by departure airport — see Gates A, B, and C in the Departure Airports section above.
• No departures available: Dec 23–26, Dec 31, Jan 1–2.
• Changes & cancellations: Once you submit your voucher code, your voucher is redeemed and non-refundable. Once your booking is confirmed, it cannot be changed, cancelled, or transferred to another destination.
• A valid travel document is mandatory. A passport is required for all travel outside the U.S.
• Before international travel, always check the State Department’s website for important info on the destination and its entry/exit requirements.

At random, based on your preferred travel dates and departure airport. Most travelers draw a 2-night U.S. city break (Bronze); a lucky few draw a 4-night international escape (Silver) or a 7-night European Christmas market trip (Gold). See How the Mystery Draw Works above for the exact numbers.

Accommodation is always rated by independent reviewers, scoring at least 7/10 on Booking.com or 3.5/5 on Tripadvisor. It will be clean, comfortable and safe, rated 3 stars or higher, with a private room and ensuite bathroom.
