If the departure dates show a range — how do I select my specific travel date?
On this page, simply select the date range that includes your preferred departure date. After purchasing your voucher, you will complete the booking form, where you will be asked to list your top three preferred departure dates within that range. Are all travel dates available at the Groupon price?
Once you submit your preferred dates, a Weekender Breaks travel expert will contact you directly to discuss your options. They will confirm if your preferred dates are available at the Groupon rate or suggest alternative dates and any applicable surcharges before your reservation is finalized and your voucher is redeemed.
What is the full cancellation policy?
Your voucher is fully refundable to your original payment method or as Groupon Bucks until your booking is confirmed with the merchant or within 3 days of purchase, whichever comes first. After 3 days and until the deal expires ("Book by" date available in "Need To Know Info" section), refunds for unredeemed vouchers are issued as Groupon Bucks. Once the deal has expired, vouchers are no longer eligible for a refund; however, amount paid never expires.
