Onboard entertainment ranges from shows and live music to casino access and other activities, with city tours available at select destinations. After purchasing the vouchers, you will need to fill out the online redemption form with your preferred sail dates and departure ports. You will receive the confirmation invoice within 48 hours of booking completion.

Your surprise cruise destination and trip length (which could be 7, 5, or 3 days) are randomly assigned and revealed to you within 72 hours after you complete the online redemption form with your available sail dates and preferred departure ports. Once you approve of the destination, the ship name and itinerary will be shared with you 14 days prior to departure, along with your booking confirmation and travel documents. The draw has a pot of 2000 vouchers, with different tiers for varying trip lengths and destinations.

The excitement of a Mystery Cruise lies in its surprise element — destinations are assigned at random and cannot be chosen. Once a booking is made through the online form, it enters the draw. From that point onward, the booking is non‑refundable and non‑transferable to another destination. While refunds are not available if you are dissatisfied with the allocated cruise, our sales team can help you explore available alternatives based on your departure date and preferred port. To ensure the best availability, vouchers should be redeemed promptly once your destination is confirmed.
