• Destinations are drawn at random, based on your preferred travel dates and departure airport, from a pool of 2,000 trips:
  • 6 Gold Tier trips — 7 nights in the allocated destination
  • 12 Silver Tier trips — 5 nights in the allocated destination
  • 1,982 Bronze Tier trips — 3 nights in the allocated destination
• Note: Your price is set by your departure Gate, not by the tier you draw. Your tier and destination are part of the mystery!
• If you are drawn a destination where restrictions prevent travel (outbound or inbound), you will be offered a suitable alternative destination or date.
• The luck of the draw is what makes mystery vacations so exciting. To keep each draw fair, no refund can be given because you didn’t like the allocated destination.

Fill out the online form with your voucher code, the dates you are available to fly, and your preferred departure airport, or call 1-929-207-0129 (Mon–Sun, 9am–9pm ET). The tour operator will contact you within 72 hours to reveal your destination, and your booking confirmation follows within 48 hours of finalizing the booking.

Your departure must be at least 14 days and no more than 90 days after you submit your voucher code, and all codes must be submitted by March 15, 2027. Because there are no departures on Mar 19–30, redeem by March 4, 2027 if you want to travel before then.

No — your preferred dates are used to enter the draw, so they are not guaranteed as your final departure date. Once your destination is revealed, the tour operator will work with you to confirm a suitable departure date, offering alternatives if your selected dates are unavailable.

Destinations are assigned at random and cannot be chosen — that’s the fun of a mystery getaway. Once you submit your voucher code, your entry is placed in the draw and no refund can be given because you didn’t like the allocated destination. However, before your booking is confirmed you can discuss available alternatives with the tour operator, based on your travel dates and departure airport.

Travel documents are emailed around 14 days before departure, or right after confirmation if you are traveling sooner.

Before you submit your voucher code: within 3 days of purchase, your voucher is fully refundable to your original payment method or as Groupon Bucks. After 3 days and until the deal expires (“Book by” date, March 15, 2027), unredeemed vouchers are refunded as Groupon Bucks. Once the deal has expired, vouchers are no longer eligible for a refund; however, amount paid never expires.
