It was fun, although the laser maze was a flop.

Took my son here for this 13th birthday with 6 other kids on a Friday night around 6pm and they had a blast! It wasn't super busy so they could do whatever activities they wanted almost right away each time. I still can't get over how friendly and helpful the staff was! Sometimes these places have teenagers or young adults with total attitudes working there. Not this place. All the boys enjoyed the ropes course with the zipline for a long time, the Go Karts and Laser Tag. The boys did the Laser Maze but I think next time they'd prefer to try the VR ride. My mother-in-law who helped schlep all these boys to Galaxi Zone sat in the leather massage chair for a bit and my husband & I got a couple of cold beers in the Cafe area while the boys ran around playing. The party rooms look fun even though we didn't use them. The boys also ran around in the Kids Play Zone. We didn't do any of the arcade games but will do when we return. It was a great party success!

The staff was courteous and helpful to my grandchildren. It was a great place and they had fun!

This place is a joke ! Majority of The rides and games was broke. I asked can I get a refund on the virtual rides I paid for and was told no to just come back, I explained I live a hour away and didn’t plan on coming back and was told it’s nothing they can do about that. I will never ever go back and would not recommend this place to anyone !!!!
