About GAME-FIT Fitness Training Depot
To help condition the next generation of athletes, former Arena football player and certified agility trainer Lemuel Adams founded GAME-FIT Fitness Training Depot. Here, he and his team patrol the center's boxing ring, batting cages and indoor turf field, while bolstering their guests' abilities with an array of athletic training services. They help budding student athletes up their game by zeroing in on the skills of a specific sport, such as football and prepare them for college through their LIFE-FIT program, which includes tutoring and financial-aid workshops. Catering to those who just want to whip into shape, they also offer fitness classes such as yoga, boot-camp, and strength-training.
