Before:

Clean-shave the treatment area 24 hours before your session. Avoid waxing, plucking, or electrolysis for 4 weeks prior. Avoid sun exposure and tanning (including spray tans and tanning beds) for 2 weeks before your appointment.

After:

Avoid direct sun exposure on treated areas for at least one week; apply broad-spectrum SPF 30+ daily and reapply when outdoors. Skip heavy exercise, steam rooms, saunas, and hot showers for 24–48 hours. Soothe with aloe vera, a cooling gel, or a fragrance-free moisturizer. Don’t tweeze or wax treated areas between sessions — let hairs shed naturally. Avoid exfoliants and retinoids for 5 days after treatment.
