Amazing experience!!! The girl at the store could of been in a better mood though. She threw my cc at me after purchasing store merchandise and did the same to my son in law. All other staff were super helpful and great!!!

The kayaking experience part was awesome. The staff the assisted us in boarding the kayaks were helpful, courteous and pleasant. The actual shop desk clerk, although resourceful was a bit rude throwing my credit card back at me and to my daughters boyfriend when we both purchased something at the shop. Not sure if she was having a bad day, but regardless, not cool at all!

The people at Getboards, both in shop and at the dock, are nice, and the process to rent stuff is simple. The kayaking experience is super fun.

- $35 for a four-hour tandem-kayak rental for two people ($65 value)
- $30 for a four-hour standup paddleboard rental for one person ($55 value)

Located across the street from from Big Bear Lake, Getboards Ride Shop offers kayaking and paddleboard rentals. We offer a private dock launch so it’s easy to get on the water. Our certified staff will be there to make sure you are safe and informed on the water as well instructions on how to paddle and where to paddle. Comes with Free lifejackets and access to our private dock in Veterans Park. Free Parking included.
