One airpod doesn't always work, have to disconnect/reconnect, and I can't figure out how to return.

I LOVE THESE AIRPODS. 100% REAL, AUTHENTIC APPLE AIRPODS. wireless charging case works beautifully! So happy I purchased these! ordered on dec. 28 and received them on jan. 8th. ( please keep in mind of the holiday mailing traffic)! Im so pleased with this purchase!

These AirPods did not work. My daughters favorite Christmas gift would not connect to any of our devices. Two trips to the Apple store later she has AirPods! First visit the AirPods were ordered and a second trip to pick them up. We should’ve known they were defected when we opened the box and they were warm right out the package. Very disappointed w/this experience.

Only works for an hour at a time and when you put it back on the case it says 80% charged. I’m not sure these are real. Returned.
