Easy to install. Had to have an electrician come put in a plug but we knew we had to do that when we chose to purchase it. Works great. Tried one in a hotel and when Groupon had it for sale we were so excited!
Overall I like this product except for the fact that I just in the heat of the water and the pressure of the water is very difficult. It did not go as low on pressure as I would’ve liked and the temperature adjustment goes up to many degrees in heat between the adjustments. Other than that I’m really pleased with this product. For the price in the quality of the other things you can’t beat it. Keeping my Bidet BB-600.

Easy to install, simple to use and when you are done you are clean!
Just put in a new Kohler elongated toilet and topped it with this bidet (BB600). Works like a champ...warm seat...warm water...cool air...Ha! Works as advertised plus comes with a little wall chart you can put up so you can see what the controls do since they may be covered by the derriere portion when sitting down. Now we just wait and see about the longevity but with a year's warranty all should be good.
