The packages arrived earlier than anticipated one of the chaise. Lounges was defective and I had to return it I haven't received the new one yet. The lounge chairs come un assembled but are fairly easy to put together and the alllen wrenches needed are included in the package. I would not recommend the chaise lounges to people that have children as I can see them breaking easy from horseplay. I also would not recommend them to people that are obese as I am not sure how sturdy they will bbe. The appearance is nice and it is comfortable to relax on
