Terrible. No support. Perhaps I didn't receive the correct item...after 4 days it's like sleeping on a lumpy mattress. I see why all sales are final. So upsetting
Quality of product is fine. It doesn't work for me and I believe it is actually causing an increase of pain in my back. UNABLE TO RETURN but probably won't be using product afterall.
At first I thought it was too thin and soft for the price, but after a week, I love it. I love that it comes with a sturdy and quilted mattress cover that is big enough for the topper and my mattress. It's really comfortable, seriously. And the temperature seems just right. I used to have a built in pillow top on an old mattress and it make the whole thing much too warm, but this has been unnoticeable, which is a small victory in my mind. My new mattress is really firm (read: a little uncomfortable on the joints) and my old was way too soft at 10 YO (read: back aches). So this topper adds from pampering cushion to a firm foundation, and I've got to say, overall, totally worth the price. Just as a side note, it didn't take more than a few minutes for it to unroll itself and achieve it's natural shape, and there was no chemical smell, but I didn't sleep on it for 24 hours after I got it and made the bed. This'll make more sense if you get it and read the instructions!
I ordered this for my daughter thinking that it would be 3.5 inches. The memory foam is only about an inch, or an inch and a half at best after letting it expand for two days. It's good enough for a teenager but if I had purchased this for myself I would be very very very disappointed as I would know what to expect. My daughter did not. She did say it was comfy. Only giving it two stars due to the size delivered vs the size that was delivered. IT IS NOT 3.5 INCHES.....
The topper did not "fluff" to the 3-inch fullness. Most disappointing because it is non-returnable :-( we did allow it to rest the recommended 48 hours!
