This product is horrible. Not enough power to continuously brush without stopping. The brushing options are a joke. Not worth the discounted price.

It seems to me that the battery is drained and can't hold a charge. I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt and assuming this was just a lemon. I'm ordering another. If the new one has the same issue, my guess is they are just trying to salvage units that are all no longer functional.
