I got the 2000MG for sleep.1/2 dropper works for me. I take it 2 hrs before sleep and it really helps with pain through pain night. Really weird dreams, but no nightmares.
Even though it was 500mg it didn’t seem to help me. At least I didn’t notice anyway. The taste was not good and I’ve had natural tasting cbd oil before.
