I don't like the product at all. It should be closed on one side so the bags can stay inside. I need to know how to return this for my full refund please?

The grommet around the hanger came off almost immediately and perhaps my purses are too heavy and I shouldn't have filled up all the slots. I'm assuming it will work best for smaller amount of purses and smaller bags.
It is spacious, I was concerned that it might not hold some of my larger styled handbags, but it did a nice job of it. Nicely organized my handbags and with the clear pockets, makes it easy to find the bag you're looking to use quickly. Great purchase.
