I was highly disappointed on the purple rug. It was no where near the rug I viewed nor was it the rug in the picture. It was very overpriced. It's in the closet.

I received an invoice from fed ex for an additional 16.81 for apparent customs and duties and this was not disclosed to me. I have filed a complaint with fed ex so they will be contacting you to collect this payment. This was not informed to me and according to consumer protection laws, should be. I also had a very terrible experience with customer service and this isn’t the product I saw online.
