It was too small and I couldn’t find anywhere to CLICK for a return or refund when it said easy return. I ordered a second one while still on sale in hopes I could get ahold of customer support. But I can’t find how to even do that

Pedí unas chaquetas para el frío el 8 de diciembre, y el día 19 aparecía que ya me había llegado por medio de esta misma aplicación, y NADA.. Mis chaquetas jamás llegaron, pésimo servicio 👎🏼
