I wouldn't say horrific! But the sizing is off...the 4-5 is huge.
Also it's not thick and warm, as it appears. Very thin for a winter coat. I will still need to buy ANOTHER winter jacket now, when it gets really cold.
Delivery date also changed various times. Not my favorite purchase.

I received the jacket and lived it! But it was way too big I ordered the 10-12 received an XXL . I will return it and re order a smaller size.
