2x of these were purchased and the black one came 2 smaller then the size requested and says buy as is with no return!

Runs really small. I’m usually a MED so my option was S/M or L/XL. NO chance zipping it up. Would return for a L/XL but all sales final so I’m stuck. Maybe I can find a small asian child to wear it.
