I have wanted one of these, for some time . The only reservation I have is the sliding valve, on the bottom. It looks like, over time, it’s going to start leaking or will will not close.

If you are hesitant to purchase this batter dispenser, don’t be. This is one piece of equipment that will make you sooo happy when you are making cupcakes, muffins, pancakes, and waffles to mention a few. No mess on your pans or over filling the waffle iron. It is easy to clean too. So far, I haven’t had any negative results using it.
