Bought two for a trip and they don’t stay on unless plugged in. Shows they are charging the battery, and will work for about 5 minutes after you unplug it. Then nothing!
I received this product on Friday, Jan 4, 2019. After doing all of the setup, I put a DVD in the player and got the screen message "No Disc". I tried other DVDs with the same result. I tried contacting the company by phone but they were closed. I will be trying to contact the company again today Monday, Jan 7, 2019.
