FedEx tracking showed the package didn't even ship till after the claimed delivery date. Package arrived with what sounded like sand in it, turned out to be metal shavings. The frame was all dinged and scratched from having no insulation in the box, had to make a Home Depot run because hardware was missing, took an angle grinder to a crossbeam because it was 1/2 inch too long, had to bend the whole frame because it would not assemble square, and the silver hardware stands out like a sore thumb against the black paint. Over 4 hours to assemble from all the custom work to make it fit together. Should have spent the $30 more to buy from Ikea!

Hard to assemble, specially with weak tools provided. One bed slat broke on the second day.

I am pleased with the final product but is A little tricky to put together. You need you own tools and little common since know how. Direction are very NOT Clear.

Love this product. Only problems screws not packed properly. Was missing some when I received it.

Terrible packaging was torn to pieces. It was left on my porch like this. It says I can’t send back unless in original packaging. What can I do?
