I am not the primary user so I didn't notice that something wasn't right when it arrived. Unfortunately by the time that I realized the sound it was making was due to a broken component, the warranty was expired.

I bought it and it worked once...and now I’m contacting the company because it won’t turn on again. Batteries been charging forever so it’s not that.

This refurbished cordless vacuum works great and looks like it was never used. With 2 batteries completing the whole house, hard surface, and carpeted floors is no problem. The product shipped quickly and arrived in 5 days

I love this vacuum. It is great for quick pick ups and for large jobs. It picks up more than I expected, The battery lasts longer than I expected. I wouldn't be without this vacuum.

This vacuum is absolutely terrible. I have had it a little over a month and it is already running like it's 10 years old. Unfortunately, I can't even return it now since its been over 30 days since I purchased it. Worked great the first few times, now it shuts itself off randomly and everything falls out of the bottom of it as soon as it shuts off. Gets clogged way too easily and hardly holds anything due to the extremely small container. Complete waste of money.
