Normally I never have an issue with my orders but this time I received one third of the order and was charged for the whole thing... two bath towels two hand towels and two face clothes were delivered when it was supposed to be six of each... trying to get ahold of anyone is next to impossible

The description said 18 piece towel set. I received 6 pieces. I had no one I could talk to about the error so I sent the email and returned the package.
