My daughter needed these for school as we share the same workspace, they worked for about two weeks and stopped working. They are cute and the lights work but I bought them for them speakers and they don’t work and I’d like to return them, any feedback on how?

My teenage daughter loves these headphones. Says they are comfortable and great sound. She likes the cord and says it’s big enough to unplug and grab without pulling on the cable. However, the big end will not fit most cell phone cases.
