Came with a huge mark on boot that won’t come off. Also color is much lighter than the pic. I thought I was getting the chocolate ones instead of chestnut.
The fur on the inside is a lot thinner than my daughter’s prior 3 pair of Uggs. We compared them to the ones being sold at the retail stores to be sure they were the same, and they were, so Ugg just must not be putting as much fur in this type now. Even though my daughter likes these new ones, she LOVED her prior Uggs better because of all the fur that made them more comfortable.
