Horrible doesn’t stay closed! The velcro isn’t that strong. It came off and my luggage got Scratched in the process!

This was a present for my mother, who's 74 and travels alone most of the time, and her facial expression was priceless!. My mother said, "one less thing to stress, when I'm traveling!" With a big smile because hates the way airports staff handle her luggage and any scratch, scrape, dirt, water mark, u name it when she lands, it's the 1st thing she sees. It's the little things that count. Great buy
