It's not the product! It is Living Social and how unprofessional some of the reps were and the whole process of the purchase, delivery, return, getting bank involved, getting a credit and then charging me more for the same product. I won't be purchasing anything else from Living Social. Had they made it right in the first place, I'd be back. Onto Groupon! At least we all have a choice.
I really like the unit, I gotten some good results from it for sure. The problem is that after four months it doesn't work properly anymore. Only two of the LED panels in the light head work now. I've contacted the company about it through email as requested in the warranty information on the website. I hope to hear from them soon since I'd like a replacement.
It works pretty well. It's easy to use. I'd just like to use it for another few months!
never asked u to send it again tried to cancel immediately but something was going on with ur cancelation request that evening. sent an written request immediately u cancelled the other request but not this one which was the first request of cancellation now i have to spend my money returning something i never asked for.

Not grading the machine but complaining about these facts: No instruction booklet, the machine does not resemble to the one shown on this picture and nowhere it's has the name of Slimwave on the machine or on the box. Very disapointed in Groupon for selling a product that is not a real Slimwave.
