Sad about the bird flu!! Very nice small zoo. I’ll go back in the spring when animal life will be more energetic! Extremely wonderful and knowledgeable staff. Great experience.

Great smaller zoo with an amazing staff ! Highly recommended. Zoo also offers special times for guests with sensory issues. Purchased a membership for my family & look forward to all the fun events they have planned throughout the year.

It is a nice park and they have a few exotic animals. But the price of the ticket is expensive. There are very few animals. We can neither pet nor feed any of them. The whole zoo can be covered in under 45 mins. Even with Groupon offer, it's not worth going more than once.

About Brandywine Zoo
A small gem in Wilmington's Brandywine Park, the Brandywine Zoo hosts common and endangered species from across the globe as one of over 200 accredited members of the Association of Zoos and Aquariums (AZA).
Throughout the season, the zoo has educational programs and a weekly story time, as well as daily keeper talks and creature features. An on-site snack bar, meanwhile, replenishes hungry visitors and the Zootique gift shop offers a variety of fun souvenirs.
