* Children 3 and under are free with a paid adult admission.

* Warm clothing is recommended. Guests are encouraged to bring hats and gloves, and complimentary parkas are provided at the entrance.

* Guests must arrive at their scheduled ticket time. The ticketed time is your confirmed entry time to the queue, and early or late admission is not permitted.

* The immersive ice!™ attraction is a self-guided, walk-through experience. Most guests spend 20-40 minutes inside, but you can take as long as you like.
