Weather is subject to cancellation, rescheduling, or delays. All customers must arrive 30 minutes before the scheduled time for check-in. For late arrivals, the tour duration will be reduced or canceled with no refunds. Weight restrictions apply for safety reasons. No passenger may exceed 270 lbs and no group may exceed 550 lbs. If passengers don't fit in seat belts, they cannot fly. Passengers considered intoxicated or impaired will not be allowed to fly and will not receive any refunds. Sick sacks are offered inside the aircraft. Passengers will be charged $25 if they are sick outside the sick bags. It is only possible to reschedule your tour if requested 24-hour before your tour. All passengers must sign a waiver before the tour. Younger than 17 must be accompanied by a guardian.
