What You're Buying: A 2-Pack of Tickets

Quantity 1 = 2 tickets. Each Groupon voucher is a 2-pack: two single-day general admission tickets for two people. Buying a quantity of 1 gets you two tickets; buying 2 gets you four tickets, and so on – tickets are always sold in packs of two.

  • Both tickets must be used on the same day – the two tickets in each pack are redeemed together for the same visit and cannot be split across different dates.
  • Bring your voucher to Guest Services. Your Groupon voucher is not a park ticket. On arrival, present your voucher (mobile or printed) at Guest Services and the park will issue your two admission tickets.
  • Need tickets for more than two people? Increase the quantity at checkout – each additional quantity adds another pack of two tickets.

Is parking included with admission?

No. Parking is available for an additional fee. Standard and VIP parking options are offered; can be purchased online or at the parking booth on the day of your visit.

Are there height or weight restrictions on attractions?

Yes. Select attractions have height and/or weight restrictions. Please visit the park's website for complete details or check attraction signage for specific requirements.

Are life jackets available?

Yes! U.S. Coast Guard-approved life jackets are available to all guests at no charge. They are stocked throughout the park near major attractions and wave pools. Life jackets are required for guests under 48 inches on certain designated attractions - look for signage at each attraction. Only USCG-approved life jackets are permitted. Inflatable arm floats, inflatable swim suits, and non-approved flotation devices are not allowed on any ride or in any pool.

Do I need a ticket if I don't plan to use the water attractions?

Yes. Admission is required for all guests entering the park, regardless of whether they plan to use the water attractions. The park also offers seating areas, dining options, and family-friendly areas to enjoy throughout your visit.

Are lockers available?

Yes! Lockers are available for rent inside the park. Visit Guest Services or look for locker rental stations near the park entrance for availability and pricing.

Is there anywhere to shop or buy essentials in the park?

Yes! The park Gift Shop carries towels, sunscreen, swimwear, clothing, jewelry, and souvenirs. We also have multiple food and beverage locations throughout the park. Come hungry!

Can I reserve a table or lounge chair?

Tables, lounge chairs, and chairs throughout the park are available on a first-come, first-served basis. For a guaranteed shaded spot, we offer private Cabana rentals for an additional fee - visit the park's Cabanas page or speak with Guest Services for more information and availability.
