★ Things To Know

Vue Orleans presents spectacular views of the French Quarter, Algiers Point, the Mississippi River and Canal Street, just to name a few. As you’re planning your visit, keep these things in mind:

• We recommend that visitors pre-purchase admission online and in advance.
• Open Friday - Sunday from 10:00am - 6:00pm (hours subject to change). We recommend 1.5 hours to fully experience our interactive exhibits and observatories. Guests arriving at 5:00pm or later will need to proceed through the exhibits at a quicker pace in response to our 6:00pm closing time.
• No refunds, exchanges, or discounts will be issued for guests that are unable to experience the entire exhibit.
• Please note that we cannot accept personal checks at the Box Office.
• Oversized bags and luggage are not allowed in the exhibit. Coat and bag checks are not available.
• Age ranges for age-specific tickets:
  • Adults: 13 and above
  • Seniors: 65 and above
  • Youth: 3-12 years
    
• Onsite bar and restaurant: Yes! Stop by the 34th floor Café to grab a snack, a local brew or one of our New Orleans themed signature cocktails.
• Transportation:
  • Public transportation is encouraged
  • Parking is available for a fee at the adjacent garage

I loved it! If it’s your first time to New Orleans and you love site seeing, do it. I did pay VIP or whatever and for me it was worth it place gets crowded. They do take a photo of you that you can purchase at the end so be photo ready and don’t wear green it’s a green screen for background so it will not show well….. Do it for City experience views.
