Showed up 1 hour 45 mins late to our appointment
but did a great job packing my up my u-haul and taking great care of my items with their packing supplies.
However I wish they were more transparent about supply costs and fees before the appointment. The surprise $197 invoice at the end after already paying the Groupon was not ideal.
