What the furnace tune-up includes:
30-point inspection: The technician will test the mechanical parts inside your furnace. Identify any concerns or signs of excessive wear. We will inspect the duct system as well as the indoor coil.
Inspect: Thermostat, compressor amps, contactor, wiring, condenser fan motor & blades and outdoor power disconnect.
Visual inspection: Outdoor and indoor coils, blower motor and ductwork.
*Coil, blower motor and duct cleaning not included. *System must be in working condition or $150 diagnostics fee will apply.
