The Gourmet Pizza Shoppe is owned and operated by brothers Scott Brandt and Eric Brandt. Scott has been in the restaurant industry for 20 years and Eric has followed with 15 years. Scott graduated from Redlands High School in 1999 has been in the restaurant industry for 20+ years and Eric graduated from Redlands High School in 2001 and has followed with 15+ years of restaurant experience. Scott was part of the original staff on opening day, January 9, 1998, and played an important role in the success of the restaurant over the last 20+ years. They hope to continue the tradition that was created for many years to come.
