It was a beatiful place with great service. Sadly the hot tub was out of order when we went, but everything else was perfect and clean. The breakfast was not my favorite but not bad at all.

Everyone at Grace Winery seems so delighted to work there.....We were visited by the owner in the Tasting Room while we enjoyed our wine and charcuterie boards! Chris was kind enough to take the time and discuss the history of the winery and how he went about building and renovating what was just skeleton of a building. Our cottage was perfect and the grounds were delightful! Goats, horses, dogs and alpaca are happy "family" members that wander in the gated area. Breakfast in the bright beautiful breakfast room was delicious and plentiful. We will return again....and again...We've been there several times already!!! We like to visit during the different seasons.

This winery is great! The atmosphere is so nice and relaxing. The workers are so personable and friendly. The rooms are clean! The wine tasting is nice and entertaining. I have been here twice already and have not been disappointed. And breakfast was delicious... you have to try the French toast, it melts in your mouth.

About Grace Winery

Built in 1750, the old bank barn on the then bed-and-breakfast property boasted a diverse resumé before it fell into disrepair more than two centuries later; it held malting barley for distilled spirits, sheltered herds of livestock, and even hosted a party or two. After a two-year renovation completed in 2010, the barn came out of retirement to fulfill its new purpose: hosting french-oak barrels and stainless-steel fermentation tanks—custom-made in South Africa—that quietly ferment and age small-batch wines from the property's 5-acre vineyard.

Grace Winery's European-origin varietals, grown on California vines that were transplanted by hand and carrier pigeon, include merlot, pinot gris, and cabernet franc. Winemaker Andrew Yingst combines new technology with tried-and-true tradition to create wines such as the bright crisp Rosé, His other wines include the 2017 Chardonnay Cuvee, aged for 14 months in french oak that imbues it with dark caramel and butterscotch flavors, and the fruit-forward 2017 Merlot with dark fruit notes and a hint of smokiness.
